Confederation Trail

August 16, 2014. Cycled the trail from Alberton through O'Leary to where it meets up with highway 2 - a big C-shaped route - then back up 12 to the campsite. 76 km @ 21 kph, pretty good considering the state of the trail, which is slowly being ruined by ATVers. Some beautiful sights along the way including this marsh near the narrowest point on Prince Edward Island, where it's less than 3 km from side to side. Nice ride, felt great after it. Trying to channel my good energy to the Blue Jays.
